Rick has been in the insurance business since 1995. In 31 years working this market, he's seen what happens when people are locked into one carrier that stops being competitive, when a captive agent can't help because their company doesn't write a certain coverage, and when a client needs someone to advocate for them at claim time and their agent is on the other side of the table.
